Delivery Policy

This delivery and guarantee policy forms part of our terms and conditions. 

Despatch
After you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number. If the product ordered is in stock we will guarantee to process and despatch all orders within 10 working days. If the product ordered is not in stock you will be contacted. (Please Note: Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days.) If you have not received your goods within 15 working days after your order has been despatched please contact us via e-mail with your order number: : info@aberfordinteriors.co.uk

Postage
Postage and packing fees within the UK are dependent on the size of the order and an order will be assigned a delivery rate based on the largest item. Our items are classified into three categories (small item, medium item and large item) and the relevant rate will be shown in your shopping basket.

International Orders
For orders outside the UK please contact us to arrange delivery fees and timescale.

Value Added Tax
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to contact you if the order is of an excessive weight.

Returns
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all orders but sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. Goods damaged in transit or incorrect goods sent must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and returned to us for a replacement. We will either refund or exchange the item and also refund you the postage costs for returning the item to us.

If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from us for any reason provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept the return provided the goods are received unopened and unused and will credit your account immediately upon receipt. A £5 administration charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

We reserve the right to increase any administration charges if necessary.

We are not responsible for errors made by our delivery companies.

We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

Christmas Deliveries

Only orders placed prior to 12th December will be guaranteed to be despatched before 25th December.
